If you see she has long red hair, her eyes are ligth blue with red lips.
She is wearing a short sleeves patterned dress. The colors are purple, pink, blue and green.
The dress is short. In her hand she has a blue bag, it is fashionable!
She is dressing a coral high-heeled shoes.

3) "is fashionable!"-- Don't forget the subject!!-- "IT is fashioable"
4)"She is dressing a coral high heels shoes."-- "She is WEARING CORAL HIGH-HEELED shoes" or "She is WEARING CORAL HIGH HEELS"
